Absolutely lovely 2 night stay. We had room 8, looking out over the harbor, and it was like being back in time. Surprisingly large bathroom. Comfy bed. Plenty of pillows. No AC, but both windows open to let in a cross-breeze. Heavy blackout curtains.Whitby closes down by 6 (unless you’re a drinker), so we collapsing into the comfy chairs and watched their Freeview package. (The TVs do have a DVD player attached, but I’m not sure if they lend out DVDs or not.)It was the perfect stay, and when we come back to Whitby, this WILL be the place we stay.Oh, and Lyndsey was super kind and helpful. - J
