From the onset of making our booking everything thing was so easy including payment,communication, check in and the help with parking was brilliant. When we arrived Mark was there to greet us and was a mind of information explained everything we needed to know about the accommodation and where to go and what to do. Whitby was fantastic but I must say the Sunday Roast dinner in the Royal Hotel is a must. Rooms and views are brilliant set in apeaceful area and only a few minutes walk into the town. - VAUGHAN B
